Log in to administrator account (this changes will not reflect in administrator account, whatever changes will do you can check in logging in to a simple user with limited privilege access)
Type gpedit.msc in run
Network Connection Properties (The right click menu option for 'Properties 'is disabled)
Need to enabled below these two policies
GPEDIT
Local Computer Policy....User Configuration....Administrative Templates....Network....Network Connections
1. Prohibit access to properties of a LAN connection
2. Enable Windows 2000 Network Connections settings for Administrators
Once you made the changes in administrator account.
Log in to the simple user account and you will find the LAN connection properties disabled.
